Utilized the company’s service for residential use — supply duct removal and cleaning of returns, etc. due to unexpected, unhealthy mold issues found in the supply duct. Called the company and had a return call within two hours. Dale Stauffer came out and told us exactly what was needed to fix the issue. He was honest in his assessment of what needed done and kept in touch throughout the project. Jim Koontz and his team, led by Jeremy, were very professional in their work, updated me each day with the work accomplished and advised me of the planned work for the next day. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work especially with the nature of the problem. I’d highly recommend PROAC!
