Indoor Air Quality Testing
Independently Accredited Investigators.
Professional Indoor Air Quality Testing Service.
Unknown odors and occupant respiratory discomfort can be triggers for an indoor air quality investigation. Typically this investigation includes occupant interviews and a visual inspection of the space in question. This inspection also includes background information such as temperature, relative humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and particle levels as well as the use of moisture meters and thermal imaging technology to help identify moisture bearing areas. Additionally, air samples might be obtained to help identify the concentration and types of airborne contaminants such as mold and bacteria. PROAC Corporation employs industry standard investigative techniques and sampling equipment. All projects are supervised by independently accredited Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC). Microbiological samples are sent to a American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accredited microbiology lab for examination/analysis. Information obtained is compiled into a report that details all aspects of the investigation, interpretation of finding and recommendations for future actions, if warranted.
