Dean, I don’t do this very often but I wanted to say thanks to you and your team for what they do.
Had an issue with a exhaust duct and with late notice Bill moved jobs around and got me service the next day. I was very appreciative of that!!!!!
Then as you might of heard the job became an issue with an animal in it. You crew communicated with and never complained about a bad job. It was not a good job, but your crew was smiling and did there job.
In closing I appreciate the flexibility to help me with this situation and the positivity of your workers.
