"Hey Bill, I know normally all we hear is negatives. So I wanted to say the crew you had at 98 really impressed me, as you probably know its always the little things. The little things were, your guys were wrapping up and remember that I said if it was ready to run close to 1 to call, and your crew leader called me prior to  lunch time to tell me they were going to be done if I wanted to start it up. The other was as I came over to do above task one of your workers asked do you want that ladder you brought over, I said yes and they went upstairs and grabbed it and another one of your workers got the door for them and  then they loaded the ladder for me, as the old guy I really appreciate that. And I can assume most people wouldn’t of done that, or in the past most people would of said your ladder is upstairs and wouldn’t of went to get it. Also I appreciate your crews going by our new safety rules, we are in it together and will do what we can do to get through this. As I say I didn’t make the rules but I must go by them. PS I’m sure all the work is being performed and all the locker rooms I’ve been in to start up equipment have been clean so again no issues. Keep up the good work. Thanks."

Utilized the company's service for residential use -- supply duct removal and cleaning of returns, etc. due to unexpected, unhealthy mold issues found in the supply duct. Called the company and had a return call within two hours. Dale Stauffer came out and told us exactly what was needed to fix the issue.
