5811 Immersion Grade

Two-component system applied by brush or spray for protection of metallic and non-metallic surfaces operating under immersion conditions in contact with aqueous solutions. The 5811 Immersion Grade product by Belzona provides an epoxy coating that blocks water from causing damage to materials. This is immersion grade level, so it can provide an excellent level of protection.

We have used the 5811 immersion grade with cooling tower pans, manholes, pipework, submersible pumps, marine buoys, containment areas, sludge digesters, storage tanks, and water boxes. While the Belzona 5811 Immersion Grade has a variety of uses in HVAC maintenance, we utilize it with cooling tower refurbishment to prevent rust and corrosion.
